I received my battery in two days. The packaging was secure and neat. Unfortunately, I had a bad battery. Having been in manufacturing, I understand that occasionally some ofthe items produced do not work. I contacted New Trent Customer Service and immediately, I was provided with a return label and before I knoew it, I had a replacement. This one works beautifully. I initially charged it for four hours. Since then, it holds between two and three hours. I highly recommend New Trent. Their qulaity is high and Customer Service even better than that.

I bought this for my HP-DV6426 laptop. I bought it in April 2010. So far it's been sustaining pretty well. This battery currently lasts about 1.5 hours under the following conditions:
Intel Core Duo T2450 2GHz
15.4" monitor
Windows 7 Home
Wireless connection is turned on
Screen dimmed at 65%
Typing on Microsoft Word
MSN messenger running in the background
I bought this in April for forty two dollars. So, it is a steal deal now. The fit is perfect for my laptop.

This battery works great. I had no problems with it at all. I have a HP pavilion dv2000 and it fits just fine. It lasts a little bit longer than the original battery which is a plus. For this price, I dont think you can find anything better out there.

This battery is the exact same as the HP's for about $80 cheaper. The two batteries have the exact same qualities except for the "New Trent" Logo on the bottom of the battery (the side you don't see). Seems a little expensive to get an HP logo. The product came packaged great, having foam and anti-static wrap around the battery. Will definitely buy from New Trent again.
Note: I had to buy a new battery because of my old battery not holding its charge. It turns out if you ONLY plug your laptop in if you need to charge! If you don't do this, your battery will lose its life!
